it's been a couple of hours now since it started and it has happened on and off all day it feels like my throat is closing up and my chest feels all weird like i am about to suffocate it has been this way for about 2 hours now but I am starting to hurt and can hardly breathe I am 15~

Something similar happened to my little sister, if she hadn't gone to the hospital she would have suffocated to death!. (she was 17)

You probably have a virus and the phlem is closing up your bronchis!.
Chew on some hall mints and put some vapor rub on your chest and nose!.
This will open up your nostril pathways and make you breathe better!.

What have you eaten today!? Could be an allergic reaction to something you're eating or inhaling; or possibly asthma!. Has this ever happened before!? Are you on any meds!? Do you have anxiety issues!? If you can't breathe, catch your breath, you should go to the E!.R!. Better to err on the side of caution!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
