Is this hay fever or something else? And what can I do to stop it?
I always wake up in the middle of the night with a VERY itchy throat, nose, and ears. I also notice that during these attacks my soft palate becomes bumpy and I can run my tongue over it and it feels like sand paper. It drives me absolutely insane... It is the bane of my existence. I take Claratin and spray cloroseptic which calms it down only slightly but still drives me nuts. What can I do to stop this?

Try to get honey that's made in your local area. You become immune to the pollen through eating it. It works for me every summer
