Question: How many cigarettes will hurt my Blood Pressure!? Best Answer!?
Ok so I asked a similar question a few minutes ago and I guess I phrased it wrong!. And I never clarified so I got the typicle responses!.
I have to quit smoking for A WHILE against my will!. My blood pressure is to high as a 20 year old man and I need to quit to get the BP down!. I have no desire to quit smoking permanently!.!.!.!. I just need to get my blood pressure down in the next 2-3 weeks before my doctors appointment!.
So!.!.!.!.how much do I have to limit my smoking to get the BP down!? Do I have to completely quit smoking!? Would 1 cigarrette a day be safe!? I don't know how much you have to smoke in order for your BP to be significantly affected!.
Please noone say stuff like "you should quite anyway" "its bad for you" yadda yadda!.!.!.!. I know it is!. But I enjoy it and its my life!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
