Answers:
request an HbA1c test as well, it's a better test to check for diabetes!. An infection could cause a high blood sugar!. One "bad" random test isn't an indication of anything!. Also, your blood sugar level is affected by what and when you last ate, so if your sugar level is high but you ate ah hour earlier, the number isn't all that useful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Was it a fasting test!? If it came back from the lab then it was prob!. random!. Normally Non-diabetics do NOT go that high!.!.!.ever!. But since you have been sick they very well might be!. Since you have an appt!. today I wouldn't worry too much, your doctor will tell you everything and will prob!. do another sugar check!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a sugar level 202 !? i never heard of
normal sugar level before food is between 3!.0 - 7!.0!.
two hours after food is 5!.0 - 8!.0!. i dont think you get the right reading of your blood sugar levelWww@Answer-Health@Com
