My cousin is 48y.o and is taking a prescribed anti hypertensive drug and aspirin 100mg.?
last night she was awakened by a sudden tightness in her jaws followed by tightening of her chest.the next day she discontinue taking aspirin and nothing happens,but the next night she took aspirin again and the same experience occur again.what might be the reason for this?

She needs to go to the ER immediately! She could be having "mini" heart attacks and a major one is just around the corner! The aspirin thing is just a coincidence. She needs to be seen right away.
