okay every time you get out of the shower and every time after you wash your hands!.!.put on Vaseline!.!.and before you go to bed and when you wake up!.!.!.!.!.and if you really want it then put on Vaseline at night then put on some gloves then go to sleep you will wake up with real soft hands!.!.and same for feet but use socks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
