I had the same problem last year!.
Your hyperventilating that is all!.
Try to breathe slowly!.
And use a brown paper bag if needed!.
Stop using drugs/caffiene/smoking!.
Excercise!.
It cured my anxiety!.
Hope this helps!.
Good luck buddy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it could be a possiblility, although extremely rare!.
It is possible to get stressed from anxiety and force a stress related breakdown!. I had one a few weeks ago!. I'm really messed up at the moment from too much stress from anxiety!.
All that happened to me was I was sat talking to my parents and I just sat staring into the corner of the room and complaining that I couldn't cope with the stress!.
Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO!. Anxiety attacks cause the feeling that you are dying or going crazy or can't breathe!. You WILL NOT DIE from this!. Look at wikipedia on 'anxiety attacks' and you will realize you are just having those symptoms!. I've had anxiety and panic for many many years (like 15) and trust me it sucks but you will not die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would not be likely unless you were to start crying then hypervenalating then you could stop breathing but that would be bad luck!.
Hope this helps
