my diahrea has slowed down but i still have the pain so have rang in to say i am taking another day off!.
i spoke to the head chef who is a bit of a @@@@ and he says i should go to doctor and get a sample done, i think he is just saying it cos he dont belive i am ill, what are the regulations concerning this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the pain last longer than 3 days then yes see the doctor,but no need to see doctor otherwise unless pain is unbareable!.you do not need a doctors sick note for first 3 days of sickness either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
