Psoriasis... cures?!

Psoriasis... cures?
I have psoriasis on my scalp, have tried coal tar and all those horrible things to get rid of it... nothing works!
Anyone have any experience/ ideas of other ways to treat this bugger of a problem!?

Scalp psoriasis (or dandruff) can be treated by medicated shampoo. If the one prescribed to you doesn't work, perhaps because it was compatible with your skin type so find one that does. Also, try using fine tooth comb to remove the loose flakes, and take showers in the morning. This will give you scalp a chance to build up natural oils to combat the dryness. Try using herbal or natural remedies to lessen the irritation.
