Psoriasis getting out of control?

my psoriasis has got quite bad anyone know of anything to help no longer want to use cream from doctor would like to try something natural

have alook under my few bits on here about psoriasis hun

i have just broke out so badly i have my good weeks and my real bad weeks it flares up in one place and calms down in another
DO NOT do puva...side affects..skin cancer and cateracts
dovonex or dovobet are quite good but dont use long term only for at least 2-3 weeks
AQUEOUS cream can be brought over the counter and softens the skin really well it can be used as a wash or moisturiser
the more you moisturise the better
have been told about sulphur soap but again moisturise well after use.

heres an old remedy...sounds disgusting....
WEE on it that is supposed to help but dont do it when friends are round!

i have had it for around 15yrs and still batterling with it...i try to live with it now not against it because it just stresses me out
