Drink two cups of coffee every morning, right off the bat!. Eat a fibrous cereal for breakfast, like Fiber One or something!. Then make lunch and dinner both be half vegetables!. You'll be cleared out in no time!. Sip water constantly throughout the day, you aren't supposed to chug it!. If you take any form of pills or vitamins, quit, unless you're life depends on it!. A change of diet - eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables plus whole-meal bread and in about 14 days, you will return to normal, but keep on eating as described above for the rest of your life!.

Before taking anything I would recommend changing your diet: fruits and vegetables as much as you can, steamed vegetables for lunch, salad in the evening, brown rice, whole wheat bread, olive oil, yogurt (plain)!. If you take medicine, it will be a habit hard to get rid off!.

My son has had ongoing constipation problems, and!.!.!.!.!.!.you'll never believe what helped the most: drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water per day!. The next thing that helped was really cutting back on was bread and pasta made from white flour, and sugar!. Also eating vegetables helps too!. The water part just shocked me though!. Well diet, fibre is the best way, but some of the old remedies are good !.!. Liquid paraffin was my mums choice for he family!.!. Sometimes syrup of figs !. Don't want anything too drastic or purgative !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
