When I was pregnant my doctor said any type of tylenol was safe!. So I would suggest taking tylenol cold it helped me!. If that doesn't help soothe your symptoms at your next appointment ask your doctor if there is some pharmacy medicine that might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
