Answers:
No!. The discharge is normal, given her age - it's an indication that her period will start soon!.

As for the itching - that's completely normal too!. It can be down to a number of reasons, such as the clothes she's wearing or whatever they were washed in!. If she's wearing pantyliners or something, that could be causing it too!. It's normal though just to have the odd itch here & there though, so she shouldn't worry too much, unless the itching's really bad!. She shouldn't scratch at it, given it's a delicate area - just keep it clean with some water!. If the itching's really bad - put a cold cloth on it or something to soothe it until you see a doctor about it!. A yeast infection's always possible, though it would be the first time I've heard of it in one so young!.

Just make sure she knows to wash gently - don't scrub or use harsh chemicals!. A mild soap, at most, will do fine, though just using some warm water is fine too!.

Itching can also be caused if she shaves down there, due to the hair growing back in!. If she does shave, she may want to lay off for a while until her skin calms down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to know is to look!. If you see little clear looking crab appearing bugs, its crabs!. The best thing to do is to see a doctor!. If its crabs, they likely lay eggs attached to the hairs that appear to be little pods!.

You can get some cream to kill them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
