you can say that your having anxiety when you suddenly feels a fear of the unknown or you can't explain what exactly the cause of your worries, anxiety is normal as long as you are in a mild-moderate level if the cause of your anxiety was worrying try not to then if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
