How to stop this itchy poison ivy???

I have used Caladryl, this paste that cost over $30.00, bleach, and Cortizone 10, NOTHING IS WORKING I NEED TO GET RID OF THIS ASAP!!!!! I cant stand this and I am starting my new job in a few days please help? Do I need to go to the ER and get a shot??? WHAT WILL MAKE THIS GO AWAY QUICKLY????? THANKS!
