Red Bumps??!

Red Bumps??

i have red bumps all over my thigh. they are spreading. started out with about 4, now theres atleast 40 on one thigh. & about 5 on the other. i dont know what they are! & if i should be concerned or not. any advice??

it doesnt itch or anything.
its just very un-attractive & kind of uncomfortable. any clue on what it is?
