Last feb my hubby had mumps orchitis and according to the doctors that it may cause infertility. We have a 6 month old baby boy now but we're looking forward to have another one after 3 or 4 years. My hubby is only 26 years old and im 27...

Since the doctor has already told you that it may cause infertility, the only way to see if he has been affected in this way is to go to a urologist and get tested. It would be a very simple test for him, he would have to ejaculate into a cup and the urologist would put some of his semen on a slide and look at it through a microscope to see if he has any viable sperm.
If you don't want to go through the cost of seeing a urologist, I suggest when it's baby time for you again, you keep track of when your periods are and have sex at the right time (7-14 days after the start of your period). If this doesn't work, you may need to ask your ob/gyn doctor about your hubby. He/she may be able to test him in their office as well.
