Question: What's wrong with me!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I woke up this morning and my stomach was hurting, I felt like I was about to be sick and I was freezing, I was shaking I was so cold, my ear was starting to hurt, I felt like I had pulled a lot my muscles it hurt to move, if I took a deep breath it made me cough and my left hand went numb later on in the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
