My 8 week old has a runny nose and cough along with a high temperature?!

My 8 week old has a runny nose and cough along with a high temperature?

the temperature seems to go down and up and the cough seems worse at night. He has a runny nose that i try to clear - has been a bit irritable and had green stools for the past few days which seems to be getting better. He has been to the doctor 4 days ago - when should i take him the doctors next and is there any remedies i could try.

I would call your local hospital and see if they have a nurse advice line, or look on the back of your insurance card for one. They are very helpful and they are Registered Nurses. Babies are very fragile and I wouldn't feel comfortable taking advice from someone on Yahoo! when you're not sure of their qualifications.
