Symptoms of IBS?
A few years ago I was diagnosed with IBS. I tend to go one month diarhea the next consipated. For the last week I have been constipated and have lower back pain, pain below my ribs and stomach cramps. When i think I have to go to the bathroom it nothing but a lot of mucus. Is this normal? Tonight I decided to try Metimucil I will try a glass a night has this helped anyone else.
