If you had a brain tumor, you'd have other neurological signs associated to it like limb weakness, tingling, loss of sensitivity in some parts of your bodies, loss of memory, change in your personality, DIFFICULTY SPEAKING, etc!.

I would say that that's just a little bit of hypochondria!. Just try to reason with yourself!. You probably just have a sore throat!. There are bound to be other symptoms, too, so don't worry about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
