there is no tar in weed olnly cigaretts and such. i dont think its bad, butno too sure bout the lung thing
There is tar accumulation from any plants you smoke. There is no evidence of weed alone causing lung cancer from smoking it. The worst it'll do is reduce your oxygen intake. If you're that worried about it, buy a vaporizer. You're only smoking it 3/4 times a week? lol armature :P

The other two are right you'll get no tar caked on your lungs because pot simply has none. However you are putting burning plant matter into your lungs so your lungs won't be as healthy as someone who doesn't smoke it at all.
One joint is just like one pack of cigarettes lots of tar dude.
