Pimple area heavily inflamed?!

Question: Pimple area heavily inflamed?
Hi there..I'm really desperate, because of this pain I cannot sleep. I've had this pimple/scab on my chin underneath my lip for about a day and 1/2. I popped it just before and now the pain is excruciating. It hurts to even open my mouth. I think it became so inflamed by me attempting to 'pop it' again. I know, it's terrible, but I hate looking at it, or waiting for it to go away over a series of days. Anyways. I can't sleep because of it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've only applied hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria. It foamed but did nothing much. Could I have bruised it? It also feel like there is a huge lump in it (I doubt it, it wasn't like that before, only until about an hour ago.)

You've got BAD ALLERGIC REACTION to acne medications, those things? Can even cause hair loss.

Stop using them! The best way to get acne out, is to use less beauty products, take a shower everyday, use a washcloth and liquid bath & body wash.

It sounds like one of those under the skin cyst pimples. Chances are, no matter how much you try, you won't be able to pop it. Anytime I get those, I apply hot, wet compresses to the area a few times a day. That will help loosen up the pus inside the cyst and eventually shrink it. There's not really much more you can do for one of those kinds of pimples, besides visit a dermatologist and have them inject it with something.

You may try Triple Anti-antibiotic ointment. But the main thing is that you never want to pop pimples and it may not even be a pimple. A swollen area around, on or in your mouth could be a fever blister or cold sore. I would suggest you see someone for this "pimple" since it is causing so much turmoil for you. I know pimples are ugly and can even be embarrassing but popping them only gives the bacteria in them an easier way to spread and if they are not really pimples the bacteria can easily be spread to others through kissing and even touching either personally or long distance (ex. touching the area without noticing then touching something else.
