The doctor say my BP is 107/66... please what is the implication. and what am i to do to help my self.

You BP is quite low, which is actually a good thing, and you really don't need any treatment. When you're feeling dizzy or weak, eat something salty, which will raise it again.
Make sure you're eating nutritious food (plenty of vegetables, fruit, but also protein and carbs, yes, carbs are good).
this is an excellent pressure. maybe another doctor? dieting? poor diet usually will cause this. also, severe dehydration.
