Answers:

It's hard to know what this could be, since so many pains can occur in the same general area. It could be your heart, yes, but it could also be your gallbladder, a pulled muscle, or simple gas!

The chances of a 20-year-old having angina-type heart pains are low. It's a lot more likely that you are feeling a pulled muscle or pinched nerve.

HOWEVER..........Any chest pain or pain that you don't understand should be checked out. It would take about 5 minutes for a doctor to give you an EKG, listen to your heart and tell you that you're OK. And for the price of 5 minutes of your time you'd have this worry behind you. I say, go ahead and do it...what have you got to lose?
