Really bad Chest Pains..?!


Question: Really bad Chest Pains..?
I woke up this morning, and i have really bad chest pains, but only on the right side of my chest. If hurts me really bad if i take a deep breath in, or if i reach to the left with my right arm.. I am goin to ask my mom if she will take me to the doctors after school. but they are getting worse. What can cause these.

Well, I sense you are a young person, so you probably do not have a heart problem. That is not to say you could not have one, but the probability that it is your heart is lower than say if you were 60 yrs old. If you have any history of heart disease, or think it might be your heart tell your mom and go to the doctor immediately!!!

Otherwise, it could be an upper respiratory infection.

It could be most likely related to gastritis or due to any trauma to chest. It needs an immediate evaluation with the help of an ER doctor.
