Question: Pleassssssssssssse help me any one...fastly..........?
im 22m,5.6hgt,weight 70 kgs, im living in vijayawada[andhra pradesh]im eating daily andhra meals ....like....morning breakfast with any tiffin[eg:idli,upma,dosa...etc ]
afternoon and night i eat meals with rice and some curry......

im slim,but im facing a serious problem with my stomach fatnow my waist is 35inches......
its looking very ugly whatever i wear,shirts or t shirts.....my stomach came front from my body level,and looking very ugly......



so, finally i have to decided to reduce my stomach ,by jogging or running daily........



will you please help me in advising me,on how to run or jog,for reducing my stomach fat fastly.......

running\jogging is a good habit !!! but one should maintain it daily !!! don't run a long distance from the day one . gradually day by day increase the distance !! start walking as warm up then go for running !!!
u can start yoga !! its a good practice ..

it really works without any side effects !!! i've tried it !!!

btw.... go and pick a good shoe.... u will need that......... else u will suffer from a leg muscle pain!!!

Well first of all if you think you are eating too much, you probably are. Eat smaller portion meals that consist of veggies and fruit! Eat lots of veggies because they do not contribute to belly fat! And with the running, start off slow...start taking walks everyday. Gradually build up to running longer distances. :) Running is a great way to lose belly fat because the cardio burns more calories!
