its round and hard and has grown lately, she hasnt had this lump before in this place.

You need to get her to a vet. Pure breeds tend to get tumors. They are more prone to cancer and other diseases than mutts are. I had a pure breed English Springer Spaniel and she developed bone cancer and died at 14. So this lump sounds like it could be remove successfully so don't wait. They can spread fast. Good luck.
