Why do I always feel fatigue?!

Question: Why do I always feel fatigue?
I am 21 and have a busy schedule. I take full time classes around 13 hours a week and I work part time at Macy's. I also clean for a few friends as a side job. Recently I noticed I am not feeling as energetic as I normally am. My busy schedule keeps me active and I do not exercise. I have a high metabolism and weight 103, this weight has been normal for me I eat regular meals every day and try to stay away from unhealthy foods. I drink about a cup of coffee every other day. My boyfriend and I usually relax in the evenings and just watch tv so it is not like I am not getting any rest. I feel perfectly fine except my tiredness is dragging me behind. I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. The only medication I take is Aviane (birth control) and some vitamins on occasion. Besides going to the doctor, does anyone know what may be the cause of my tiredness?

Depends on if you're happy. An overall well being helps you look past your tiredness most of the time. This could occur from being in a rut/routine that is starting to bore you out. You could try mixing things up and try having fun doing just little things throughout the day.

If that's not it then look into sleep cycles. It's a way to get an efficient amount of sleep but wake up feeling more energetic than usual.

Could you have Lyme disease or Fibromyalgia? Both are major symptoms of fatigue. Do you have any other symptoms, such as joint pain?
