How do I get rid of dark circles and veins under eyes?!

Question: How do I get rid of dark circles and veins under eyes?
I don't smoke or do drugs and I get a full night sleep everynight

I am 28 still have them, when I was in middle school one person called me stoner and another said it looks like he got hit in the eyes with 2 baseballs. When I was in an argument with my sister she said crrap around the eyes, when I walked into gamestop the employee said you ok, looks like your having one of those days, my American History Highschool teacher said you look tired. somebody else asked me what kind of pills you take, a police officer once said to me what kind of drug do you take don't lie to me I've been doing this job 10 years, the vice principle of my middle school asked me if I watch The X Files, when I was in the Gymnasium, I looked at the other end of the room and my teacher was talking to someone while looking at me and moving her fingers under her eyes indicating she was talking about me, my highschool math teacher while sitting at her desk had her hands on the side of her face and was looking at me, kid said to me before you smoke crack, my sister said to someone else hes she because he has bags under his eyes, I once posted my picture on yahoo answers there was 30 answerers in the singles and dating category, most of them said I look like a serial killer/rapist/drug addict, when I didn't want to get a job out of spite my mom said to my younger sister you need to go to bed you have black circles under your eyes when she really didn't

Answers:

right well ive never done this myself but i hear it works, put a few tea spoons in the fridge or freezer for a few hours, welll put as much spoons in as you can so you have 2 for everyday. ok the spoons should be really cold so before you go to bed , take the cold spoon an put the outer end of the spoon and hold it under your eyes , on the dark bits untill coldness goes away. and do the same in the morning, its meant to take away the darkness..... do this for a few weeks and see how it goes it may change may not .... give it a go
