Question: Is this pneumonia or just a lung infection?
Ive had this for about three days now, I first noticed it when every time i had a cigarette my lungs would feel weird - i stopped smoking the end of the first day. The second day I couldn't breathe through my nose at all and my lungs hurt whenever i inhaled and the pain increased every time i coughed - there was some gurgling and phlegm in my lungs but no where near as much as there was when i had pneumonia last year. Now today I can breathe through one nostril and my lungs do not hurt as much as before. I have been coughing much less, and can cough out any phlegm in my lungs.

Sounds like pneumonia to me. Since you've had before you know to always get the mucus crap out. If it is stay upright as much as possible, drink plenty of cold water, and spit the crap out.
I've had pneumonia about 10 times.
