Question: How to ammend short term insomnia?
Hi, am currently a student of higher education. Recently however, I started a series of somewhat paranormal nightmares which would actually awake me from my sleep, because they were so traumatic, I forced myself to stay up a few night just to avoid having them. Eventually, a week passed and I have been unable to sleeep at nights as thoughts just race through my head and my mind is very alert.
I recently tried lorazepam sleeping pill but I slept for four hours then awoke and was unable to sleep the next day as i dont feel sleepy anymore so I just lay in bed all night with my eyes closed.
It has been two weeks now but my body dont seem to remember how to sleep.
Im in desperate need of some advice as I had to delay so classes for this issue. Thanks
