Question: Cough gets worse an worse?

I have some kind of respiratory problem but consultant hasnt diagnosed a definate until next month. I cough quite badly in the morning and when i go to bed. ( I always have alot of mucus which is normally white or clear,) but last week or so the mucus is yellow ?? i wheeze alot too

It means that you have to go to the doctor because you probably need:

1) an antibiotic;
2) a cough reliever;
3) a corticosteroid inhaler.

Sounds like you have bronchitus which will need to be treated. It shouldn't take a month to diagnose this. It should be able to be diagnosed on the day you go to the doctor. Perhaps see a different GP?

Walking pneumonia? The wheezing was the give away. (Severe bronchitis.)

I have the same problem. Only my stuff is never yellow. I do sometimes cough up blood too.

I have this prob atm.
Morning and night - must be something to do with lying down
drink honey and lemon
