Do I have Rheumatoid / Osteo Arthritis?

I have been diagnosed as having Palindromic Arthritis as I had pain & swelling from time to time in different joints which though painful at the time, would go away completely. However, for the last 3 or 4 weeks I've found that I have a lot of joints which click when I walk, I can hear the bones in my neck when I move my head and I can feel the bones in the base of my spine moving and they really ache by the end of the day. This afternoon whilst walking I had a sharp pain in my right hip (which fortunately only lasted for a second) Has my Palindromic Arthritis developed into Rheumatoid / Osteo Arthritis?

I have arthritis in the right side of my face due to a jaw problem, I have bones that click and crunch and was told that it would be osteo arthritis due to my age 49! and past the menopause. I don't know a great deal only a member of my family has Rheumatoid and I know that it can be checked with a blood test other than that you really need to see your GP, good luck.
