Appendicitis happens when your appendix gets infected and becomes inflamed. If you had gotten appendicitis, your appendix would have burst by now and you would have gotten very sick from the infection
If the pain is coming from your stomach, it most likely isn't appendicitis. Your appendix is located in your lower right abdomen/pelvic area. It is far away from the stomach.
If you have serious stomach pains that are causing you issues, it's worth checking with your doctor, since it could be a sign of a gastrointestinal problem.

If it were appendicitis you most likely would've died of sepsis weeks ago. Still you should probably see a doc about that, especially if you've been hurting more more than a week.
