It sounds like you have Tinea Corporis. Is not dangerous so don't worry, just go see your doctor and he/she will recommend a cream to put on you skin.

could be hives, are you taking medication or used a new soap, etc. Try some Benedryl, if that doesn't work go to the Dr.
