Will I catch the flu if both of my parents have it?!

Question: Will I catch the flu if both of my parents have it?
Okay, so my dad has had the flu for a few days now, and my mom started experiencing all of the symptoms last night, so we're assuming that she has it too. I'm trying to stay away from them so I don't catch it, but yesterday I was hugging my mom a lot (I didn't feel well either-cold symptoms) so I'm a little concerned. I have asthma problems when I get sick, so I've been home for the past two days. I don't have a fever right now, so I don't think I have the flu, but my dad coughs all over the place...so what are the chances of me catching the flu? :(
My immune system is kind of weak, but I take vitamins to strengthen it. If i am catching the flu, how long does it take for symptoms to show up? Thanks

Answers:

Don't tell yourself that your going to get it! Then your brain will think that you do, when really, you don't. But, odds are, you'll probably end up with it. If you start to get an symptoms, take the medicine before hand so that you have time for it to kick in before the flu comes in full force.
Tell your dad to cover his mouth... T.T
Keep taking vitamins too! They strengthen you for the illness that you might get, and sometimes the virus is somewhat not was strong as it would be because you took vitamins!

Your chances are high and the symptoms of the flu start suddenly.
