No! It is not herpes! Don't worry about it, what you see is the hair under the skin starting to grow and push through the skin, once it's through the bumps will go away and there will be a hair there instead. Btw don't waste your late high school years like I did, have sex if you want to, but if you are uneasy about it, don't. I personally suggest you wait until you have been dating the person for at least 5 months. lol, sorry this became a sex talk.
