Honestly? It's hard to tell until the tests come back in order for the doctor to make that final determination.

Your symptoms simply suggest a post viral irritability problem. These usually resolve on their own provided they are one offs. As far as your blood test is concerned, particularly since you have no said which one it was, it is impossible to say if this is relevant of simply a faulty test.

you could have an immune disorder (low white blood cell count) or low red blood cell count, which could be why you've been sick for so long. But, it's better to just wait. You could just be freaking yourself out and what he says isn't that bad. But, in case it is, I suggest you bring a friend with you. If it's bad news a friend can really help you out. I know waiting is a ****** but that's the only option you have. If only time could go faster and you could know now.
