Answers:

I'm not going to lecture you on the dangers of smoking (since you already know about them), but quitting is probably in your best interest right now. Since you have only been smoking for a few months, quitting won't be nearly as difficult as it is for other smokers. Still, stopping cold turkey is never a good idea. Just smoke one less cigarette every few days, until your down to none. Again, since you are such a new smoker, withdrawal will be virtually nonexistent. Just keep your mind on your goal, and you'll be off the drug in no time!

As for the irritability, I'm not sure it has anything to do with smoking. It may, but lately I have been EXTREMELY irritable...for no reason whatsoever. So...welcome to the club!

P.S. Just remember how nice it was not being addicted to cigarettes. People will want to hang out with you again, since you won't smell bad anymore. You also won't have to excuse youself outside every few minutes just to smoke. Plus, think about all that extra money you will be saving. Work towards these and other goals while you quit. I wish you the best of luck in your much healthier future!
