why is my heart rate so high?!
Question: Why is my heart rate so high?
i just took my heart rate at rest, twice and it was between 110-120bpm both times
im a 16 year old female and i'm on an add medication but it should be out of/almost out of my system, an i smoked a cigarette like an hour ago and had a cup of coffee like 4 hours ago but none of those things were really recent enough to effect it so whys it so damn high?

The sugar & caffine is still in your body since it gets absorbed and smoking increases your heart rate so maybe that's why it's so high.
