Wart Removal?!

Question:

Wart Removal?

any in home remedies or cheap store bought alternatives?

Answers:

No home remedies that are safe and effective, no. But there are plenty of remedies at the store, all of which work well. You can go the slow route with liquid drops, which takes a while but doesn't hurt in the process, or the liquid nitrogen route, which will freeze and burn the wart and the skin. It is faster, but more painful. Either method will take several applications to completely remove the wart, though the liquid nitrogen takes fewer than the liquid acid. Neither work instantly, and you will need to be patient while they do. If it's on a finger or the hand, I recommend the liquid acid. Skin on the hand and fingers is thinner, and has a lot more stuff close by you definitely don't want to damage. Dr. Scholl's is the most famous maker of these type products, but any generic store brand will be just as effective- the ingredients are identical, so if you don't want to pay for the name that's fine. You will be told all sorts of remedies, from duct tape to various potions- and I can tell you from experience they do not work, and can cause harm. Just go to the store, and ask the pharmacist if you aren't sure what to pick. That's the fastest, easiest, safest way.
