Question:
Lots of gray/black clumps in nasal secretions. Been using Air Conditioner & fans. Cleaning too. Is it dust??!?
I hate to think there's so much dust indoors that I breathe it in so much! I've been to ENT recently (3x in a month), but then, that wasn't a problem.
Are my fans and A/C shooting dust at me? or What??!
What should I be doing to stop this?

Sounds like dust, could be drying out your nose too. Try a saline solution, try to keep a ventilated house so you have less dust. Dust is also a problem for me, I've even had to do house work with a face mask on, for my allergies. You could try that instead.
