Is it an absess?

I think I have an absess, just a little one. It started out sort of like a zit, then it got bigger. It's on my shoulder blade. squeezed it, gross, I know. So I squeezed it an this clear, oily, faintly pinkish goo came out... but it's still there. And if I were to squeeze it again, more goo would come out. I stopped squeezing it because it occurred to me that I might not want to mess with this monster sitting on my shoulder. What if it gets bigger? It's so freaking gross. I have tried warm compresses to try to get it to surface and drain on it's own, I tried putting a warm tea bag on it.... I tried rubbing alcohol... Any suggestions?

See if you can find a hair sticking out of the middle and tweeze that. It may be tiny and blonde so look closely. The hair root inside the folicle is infected. When you apply a hot tea bag, use a chamomile one. Wash it well with antibacterial soap. You'll be good to go in no time.
