she now has urgent app at hosp for colonoscopy and endoscopy has anyone any ideas or similiar problems and outcome thanks

It sounds as though this is being investigated in the right way. Anaemia is often a sign that there is something wrong in the digestive tract - and it could be the upper digestive tract (which an endoscopy looks at - stomach and gullet and upper part of the small intestine) or the lower (which the colonoscopy looks at).
Although cancer has always to be ruled out, there are other possibilities - piles, ployps, inflammation from other reasons - and the only way of finding the right diagnosis is by looking and taking a biopsy.
Hopefully they will make the diagnosis quickly and offer some form of treatment.
