Ok so is dehydration a possible cause for these symptoms? White tounge, sore throat and the runs? I have all 3 and barely drink

It sounds like you have a cold, but I would go to the doctor's to get this checked out. If you do have the runs, it's important to drink lots of water.
You may just have a cold or some kind of virus, but I really don't know. Take the advice of experts
