Question: Does this sound like a fever?
All day today I've had a really bad headache, I'm freezing to death even with tons of layers on, and I feel so much more tired then usual. Is this a fever? If not what do you think it is?

Sounds like the flu. Take two tylenol, drink plenty of fluids, get some rest. Take the day off tomorrow and rest. A "Fever" by definition is a temperature greater than 100.5 degree. Get a flu shot next year.
