I need to get rid of my chest and back acne really soon. What is the most effective and fast working thing i can do. I dont want to look like an idiot. Also do you think its discusting?

Shower with Neutrogena acne body wash and soak a few times in water with a few drops of essential oil of Lavender (from herbal shop). It's not disgusting, it's common. It happens to many people.
