Diabetes???????!

Diabetes???????

I tested my blood yesterday two hours after eating and it was 102.Tested first thing this morning and it was 104. Tested an hour ago after eating a bagel with cream cheese and lipton tea and it was 126. Do I have diabetes??? I am 5'2 and I weight 109. Please help 22yrs old
