Question: The skin of my knees are hurting me?
i went outside when it was -35 and when i went inside my knees were really cold and hurting me and the skin of my knees have been hurting for the past 48 hours? is this frosbite? the skin is normal color

i dont think its frostbite but if you do GO SEE A DOCTOR!! he/she will make sure.
it might be that you didnt have enough protection on your knees and the muscle might of gotten too cold causing you knee to be stiff and possibly injuring
not a doctor. educated guess. go see a doctor please. ;))
